Wow, you should be so proud of yourself for your gym workouts! I was exhausted just reading them. And signing up for 10kg, that's fantastic. Rowing is fantastic exercise. The best I"ve ever done. I take it this is on an erg? God I miss rowing, but I'm too fat for the boat now. That's one of my goals, to be able to row again.
You should not feel shitty, or heavy. If you keep up those workouts, you'll be a hot chick in no time at all :)
