Progress Report
Well its day 2 of the fresh start and its going rather well. I took the dogs out for a good long walk at 5.30 this morning and even jogged with them for almost half way. The stupid part is that even though i wore my Nike gear, I forgot to start it! Doh! Never mind. Then I came home and cycled 10 miles on the bike (16.2km) and did 500 sit ups.
I weighed myself this morning, though it was after all my exercising so I'm not sure how accurate it is. I weighed 3 times because I didn't believe them the first time around. I got 102.6, 102.2 and 102.4 so I went with the mean. A good loss considering I was 103.9 on Saturday!
Oh, and I did another 6km's last night so that meant I did 22km/13.5miles yesterday on the bike.
