I will, I will, I will...
...stay on track! After 3 weeks off the diet and exercise wagon, I am back on!
This mornings dog walk went up the swanny when dh went to work late, but I have been to the gym quickly and tried to do my run. I say try as it didn't go so well, I did 10 minutes and then another 5, so overall it was ok I guess. I also did my usual 4K on the rower. Then I came home and did 45 mins/16 kilometers on the bike and 500 sit ups.
Now for the rest of the day.......
