Back in the gym
I am feeling much better today so I thought I'd go to the gym and take that first move. Well, it mixed results. The treadmill work wasn't good really, but I think the nearly two week gap and a mental block put paid to it. I don't think I even got into double figures. I knew I wouldn't be able to reach my last run of 17.5, but I thought I'd do a bit better than that! On the good side though I did a PB on the rower. Not only did I manage my 4K, but I did it in 20.31, a good 20 seconds better than my last row.
I have put a kilo back on in the last two weeks, but hopefully that will budge asap.
