oops!
I forgot to say, I weighed myself on the gym scales and I was 16 stone on the dot, so I guess I should drop down to 24 points a day on the WW plan!

That is fantastic well done. I always love breaking the stone barrier...I have been just above one for about FOUR MONTHS now which is terrible! I am on track though so here's hoping soon!
