Bad gym day
I had a bad start to the week, after a bad weekend. I came off course yet again over the weekend. My weight has sky rocketed, much more than I expected. I got to the gym early this morning as C left for work early, and I forgot to have anything to eat before I left. So, when I started running, the combination of bad diet and lack of energy got the better of me. I only ran for 5 minutes total, I finished the first set, then had to walk for 3 minutes, then ran for 2 and walked to reach 1.12 miles at a fast pace. But...I did complete the rest of my session well. I did my rowing well, and even did an extra set on the elliptical.
I am DETERMINED not to go off track again, I cannot keep doing this to myself.
