running achievement
I ran for just under seven minutes today. 6 minutes 50 seconds. I walked for 2 minutes forst of all, as usual, then just ran for as long as I could. I covered the monitor with a towel to stop me from looking at it. I tend to do that a lot, and I think its a bad habit. I then walked for 4 minutes to recover, and ran the last 2 minutes, and did 1.09 miles total.
This morning I weighed 108.6Kg, that was a shocker. Down a kilo over night.
