Five weeks
Didn't do so well this week...Christmas party and very depressed over work problems...started eating more, and indulged in too much restaurant foods...gained 2 pounds...Also did not exersise much...walked dog, some yoga..back on track this week...

You can do this!
You can do this girl!! I wouldn't worry about the holidays ~ I'm a firm believer in just enjoying the holiday, then getting back on track afterwards. If you read the other blogs here, everyone fell off the wagon this week. So what if you had a bad week? Today marks the beginning of a new one... and that's what counts...

Your job? Can you look for a new job that isn't so stressful, etc?
