15 pounds
192.4 today. That makes my weight loss 15 pounds. I got a digital scale a couple of weeks ago. I just love that thing. I know you're not supposed to weigh everyday, but I'm a scale junky. If I can even see it go down by 0.2 pounds I'm a happy camper! I haven't take my phen for a least a week, maybe longer, I really can't remember. It wasn't working for me anymore so I decided to take a break from it. Still losing weight though, so I may just wait until I hit a plateau to restart it.
I haven't had near as much problem with cravings since I figured out why I was eating late at night. I still eat late at night (I'm talking 9 or 10 p.m. which really IS too late) but I've arranged to have something a little more healthy and less fattening like boiled eggs or salad.... or yes, even a couple of South Beach Diet cookies. I even found some baked tostitos. They are pretty yummy - especially with picante sauce. I don't feel like I'm on a diet. Hopefully this will just become a way of life and I won't have to lose this weight again. Once is definitely enough.
I did get an ego booster tonight. Went shopping with my daughter and tried on jeans. I found a pair of size 12 low rise jeans that FIT. Didn't buy them though cause they JUST fit and if I washed them they wouldn't fit any longer. The only reason I could get into a 12 was because they were low rise. If I get regular jeans that button at my waist (which is thick) I'ld definitely have to have a 14, but it was FUN to try a 12. After I lose this weight, I'm going SHOPPING. I can't wait!!!
