Epiphany
193.4 - I lost a whole pound today, not just ounces. I have no idea what made the difference. I did make a little discovery the other night while talking to my friend though. We were talking about my cravings for chocolate/sweets late at night. I had two revelations: 1) Thats when my hands and mind are not busy typing reports. 2) That is the time of night when I'm alone and can veg out on the couch watching TV. So total relaxation to me = time alone vegging on the couch in front of the TV "plus" CHOCOLATE. Its a trigger to me like wanting a cigarette when you have a cup of coffee or an alcoholic drink. I can't believe it took me 48 years to figure that out. My cravings are much better now that I know that. I boiled some eggs for snacking on and if that doesn't hold me there are always the South Beach Diet oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. We'll see how this theory pans out in the future.
