Waist managment
One of my EP friends brougth up the issue of waist management. This is an issue for me. Everything seems to be slimming down except my belly. Maybe its my age. Maybe its the fact that I have done any serious abdominal exercises for years. I've started doing situps in hopes of rectifying this situation. My friend recomended cinnamon and cayenne tablets and I read in a magazine that broccoli florets contain something that encourages fat loss in the abdomen. Not sure I eat broccoli every day, though I do love it. Does anyone else have any ideas, tips or suggestions to whittle your waist?

CARDIO!!!
Cardio will burn fat from your waist. You can also add an ab routine. Look for one online, or use some of the machines at the gym if you belong to one. Everyone is not destined to have a flat stomach, so you'll just have to see what yours can do. Well, good luck with it!

hi! julyorchid, finally figured out how 2 get into a blog . as u know im a newie. hope this finds u well and happy.. well slimming down the waist hmmm thats a tough one darl. its one of the hardest place's 2 thin down . the thing is when u hit the age like us theres really no hope, gravity take's over lol. it will slowly shrink but we'll always have that bit there sorry.! sit up's there good but not so good for the back especially if your doing them on the floor you'll end up with a bad back . try doing them on your bed sounds weird but softer on the old back but remember your breathing as you do them. auqarobics is a great form of exercise you work out on all parts of your body , you have fun meet other women who are there for the same reason as you . anyway i'll get going and hope to chat with you soon. girlpower xxx

waist
waist management i think its a problem for most of us.as you say you seem to slim down all over but that belly just seems to want to hang around as i said before its hard to get rid of. also i think your upper arms, they just want to hang in there also. ive never heard of broccoli encouraging fat loss in the abdomen, i must be eating the wrong type of broccoli it hasnt done that for me as i eat it nearly every night, but i know its good for other things. so whats this about cinnamon and cayenne tablets ?? so what are they good for ?? let me know,, i'll have to look into them see if you can buy them over here in oz..
