I found my before picture

I found a picture that I know was taken last July when my sisters were here and when I weighed 207 pounds.  OMG!!!  I knew I was big but I guess I didn't realize or remember how big I had gotten!!  Thats a real eye opener.  Even though I still weigh as much as I did when I was 9 months pregnant and even though I still feel big at times, I am SO glad that I don't look like that anymore!!!  I think I"m going to print that pic and put it on my refrigerator as a reminder that I never want to be that big again.

I think you look cute!! But isn't it eyeopening to see those pictures??? You are one hot grandma!! Its so funny, because my kids are only 9 & 15 and I just strive to be a hot grandma!!! I want to be you!!! Your grandkids are beautiful. Be proud!

Me, too!

I have bad knees, too! Big time. It makes it challenging, but I manage. I ice them A LOT!! And stretch. Apparently I shouldn't have been running with an extra 40 pounds on my small frame! Duh! Anyway, walking is just as good; it just takes longer. Not to lose weight...I just mean it takes twice as long to burn the same amount of calories. I should have walked more and then started running, then maybe my knees would not be so messed up. They really hurt at night when I sleep. I have no idea what a gazelle is, although I've heard of them. Is it kind of like an elliptical?

Thanks, I appreciate your support! Trust me, I'm not pushing myself too hard. I only exercise 30 minutes 3 or 4 days a week. It should be more like 45/60 minutes 5 days per week!
