Happy Valentine's Day!
I made my min-goal. This morning I weighed 185.4. I'm pulling clothes out of the closet right and left that are too big. I pulled a pair of jeans off the hanger yesterday and thought they must be my husband's ( they looked so BIG!) but the were actually a pair of my old 16s! I'm giving all of these little treasures away as fast as I can cause I never want to see 16 again! Water aerobics seems to be helping too. My new goal is 180 with no specific deadline. I'm going home at the end of the month and would like to be 182 by then so I can tell everyone I've lost 25 pounds, but we'll see how that goes. Hope everyone's having a great day!
