Round 3

We just started Round 3 of the biggest loser challenge. Im currently down 8 pounds since this whole challenge started but most of all I have lost 7.5  inches total since October and 14.5 inches overall since last August!!

This is going to be the best round ever!!!!!

Starting a new round

We are starting a new round of the Biggest Loser Digi Style. It starts Monday. We are getting our new teamates and Im so excited!!!

Cant walk..........

Did my jumproping for todays challenge.. Did a total of 798 reps.. I dont know if Im going to be able to walk but we shall see tomorrow!

Our challenge for this week was do as many bicep curls as you can in 30 minutes doing 3 sets of 10. I did 1002 total.. WOOHOO but now my arms are hurting so much it is hard to do anything else LOL.. But the good news is that the Yellow team won again for the second week in a row!!!!!!

This week has been hard for exercise because my  youngest daughter had a birthday on Tuesday so we had a little party at my place so I had to clean like a nut!! Then my daughter has been sick ever since Wednesday. She threw up once but has been  feverish on and off lately ..I got in a workout Monday and yesterday (cardio & bicep curls) and plan to do a DVD when the kids are in bed tonight.

Off to go rest my arms LOL

Ouchie Again

Yesterday I did 50 minutes of Cardio Party 3. We also had to do as many squats as we could in 30 minutes for a challenge on the BL board.
I did 321 then 306 then 270 for a total of 897 squats! Im so proud of myself.
Then later on last night I did 50 bicep curls on each arm then I did 50 situps holding a weight in my hand!!
I love how motivated I am!! This feels good!

Happy Birthday to me!!

Today is my 28 th birthday!   I dont have anything special planned. I did WATP 3 mile DVD last night and this afternoon I did Fat Blaster-Turbo Jam. WOOOOOOO! I plan on doing another DVD later when the kids are in bed...

Ouchie!

On top of all the weight training I did yesterday I did Taebo Ultimate Bootcamp too! Ouchie!! My legs, abs, and arms hurt. SOOOO.. tonight I am going to do one of the walk away the pounds DVDs that I have from my mom.

I have a good feeling about this weightloss! I have lost 8 inches since I started doing Turbo Jam the end of August!!! WOO!! That is so exciting!

Doing good!

Friday I got off my butt and did Punch Kick  and Jam 45-50 min (turbo jam) and Turbo Sculpt 40 min. That wore me out!

Saturday I didnt do any workouts. I worked then came  home and made dinner and gave the girls a bath and I went to bed.

Sunday I didn't do any cardio but I did 50 dips (good for your triceps), 50 biceps curls on each arm, and then I did 50 situps holding a weight. I also did these other exercises for my legs but dont know what they are called but I did 50 of those too :-)

Off to a good start

I got off my butt and I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party 1 yesterday afternoon. My plan was to do Turbo Sculpt later that day but I was so tired from getting up the night before with my daughter who is sick.

I plan to do Cardio Party and Turbo Sculpt today. I hope I can get it done.

Shelly also asked me to be one of the mods- captains of the yellow team on the biggest loser boards we are doing with girls from DST. Yay me :-) I just hope I do a good job.

starting out

I have been trying to lose weight ever since I had Chelsea in Oct 2003. I started out in Dec 04 at 214 lbs. I have been up and down but currently at 192 lbs. My goal is to be 140 by summer. I would like to lose alot of it before April since Im in my friends wedding but we shall see.

I was doing Tae-bo but kinda got bored with that. Since August I have been doing turbo-jam. Awesome DVD I just got to get that motivation back :-)
