Stuck at 13 lbs
For some reason I have been stuck at 13 pounds for the past week and can't seem to budge. I realize that weight loss slows down after phase 1 but I'm not liking it. I am goign to keep track of what I eat each day and see if I need to change my diet around a bit. I had a late breakfast today. Two eggs and two pieces of turkey bacon. Also a sugar free hot chocolate with 1% milk.
I started cleaning house right after breakfast and kinda skipped my morning snack. For lunch I had a whole wheat wrap with low fat ham, lettuce, mayo, and mustard. For my after noon snack I had a chesse stick and a hard-boiled egg minus the yellow. One thing I know I have to work on is drinking enough water. Today, I have already drank 7 glasses and am on my 8th.
