Did pretty good eatng overall today. Went out for japanese tonight and had grill mahi mahi, veggies over rice. There was some kind of sauce over all so I may have overloaded on the sodium. I didn't get the exercise I usually do - will have to crank it up a notch tomorrow.
Especially for Eva: Date Report
Met John at Japanese restaurant. There were not movies that we were espcially interested in or hadn't seen already. Had nice conversation at dinner. Drove over to the tiny mall in my town and walked around. He rub my shoulders a little bit when we shopped but I walked away and he held my hand in his truck, but I didn't hold it back. I'm just not feeling anything towards him now Don't know if that will change or not. He's very nice (not anything like camel/monkey lips). Recently widowed (within a year ) and still dealing with that, so I think he's a bit lonely. So nothing exciting to report.
I hope to report some exciting news at weigh in... at least have a loss!

Thank you for the report
See, I don't get out much...LOL And all my friends are married and only talk about how terribly bad their marriage is, I have a great one so I don't like to hear how terrible it could be.
Anyway, it is refreshing to hear about "young love"...."new love", ok I know...it's not love yet..."Young lust" then. HA!
Stay away from monkey/camel lips and the widower thing...well, take it slow....he may start talking about is late wife so go like slower than a turtle speed slow. I know a widower and he is just out to get another wife, fast!!! Men, cannot stay alone, I have come to realize that through watching our male friends who have lost a wife.
Along with Eva, may I vicariously live through your dating? I haven't been on a date in over a year. And that time I dated the guy about four times and gave up -- which was a shame, since I'd decided to dip my toes into the pool again after a THREE year stint of not dating.
Now I just don't know/meet anyone. It's pathetic. I wish I could get a date: any date.
But HEED EVA's ADVICE! Recently widowed or divorced men are very "iffy." So ponder the "ifs" while you're having fun going out. Dinner sounds GREAT by the way. Last time I had mahi mahi it was undercooked, making it YUCK! (And I was too embarrassed to say anything.)
