I'm proud of me...

  three days in a row to the gym.. that could be a recent record.  I went today and did the eliptical for 15 minutes doing some sprints  a few times in there, and then I walked the treadmill on hills for 40 minutes and I was sweating good afterwards.. I feel so good after I've gone... I don't know why I don't do it every day.. ...  and today I was rewarded for going by seeing a fine specimen of a man.  I feel like I stalk this man.. I do go about the same time he does and I can't help looking.. .. he's probably between 45-50, short military salt and pepper hair cut, nicely built but not crazy muscular and has the sexiest shoulder and back muscles..... ahhhhhhhhhhh    .....  so why don't I go there more often......

Eating is doing well too.  I made bbq chicken breast in the crockpot... the sauce was bbq sauce, dijon mustard and honey.. then after I shredded it I added a little more... had to put it away or I would have eaten three chicken breast worth of it.   this afternoon I made an awesome dessert... sliced banana, tsp of honey, and about cup of blueberries and I heated them up and sprinkled a little cinnamon.  Would have been excellent on ice cream but I put them on cherrios (now that's a bit wierd but I wanted to cut the sweetness of them)

Been a good day and hope to make it a great week.....

I'd get to that gym more often! LOL

I've been meaning to pull down my crock pot for days.....its quite the trend these days!! And so easy!
