I thought I would take a few minutes to put some random thoughts down...

I've been stood up twice by someone that placed an ad for a fitness partner. She and I are both the same size and go to the same gym...... she is a visiting nurse and the first time was because of work but the second time she was suppose to be off.. a phone call would have been nice.   hmmmpf!

One of my buddies goes to a wellness center in town for water aerobics and emailed me excitedly about a new 8 week boot camp they were doing and it was suppose to be intense and you have to be committed and they hunt you down if you don't show up.. and she told me it was free... well she was wrong  free equals $280 for the session.. i'm not sure where she got confused.. needless to say I'm disappointed yet relieved because I was really thinking about it.

Sat I woke up with a bad tummy ache  - I couldn't barf or poop out...so I layed in bed a few hours watching infomercials... The Firm one came on and I gave in.. not to the one on the infomercial but to the one at Kolhs because shipping is 99 cents.... had I hit the magic send button when I first looked at it it would have been another $5 cheaper.....   anyone have these new Firm tapes.... it doesn't look as confusing as my other firm tapes... we'll see..

yesterday I went to the veggie market and got some fresh stuff ... then ate at cracker barrel.  I have been cutting up my fruits and veggies today so I'll have no excuse why I don't eat them fast... I made some okra and tomatoes over brown rice...tonight.. nice filling 3-4 point meal.  I'll take the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. 

Today my friend (boot camp liar  LOL) and I have been challenging each other to stick with a cleaning task for 30 minutes and then we report back to each other what we have accomplished.. it has worked   usually I'm so scattered brained or overwhelmed by the task that I just go watch tv .. my dining room is completely uncluttered , I have cut up all my veggies...and put them away.. got to get the fruit put away but it is cut...  my next task is to get it put away and then clean the kitchen completely.  Mop the kitchen and dining room.... tomorrow we will tackle the alcove in the bedroom where things go to hide... it's suppose to be my chill out and reading nook but the big recliner is just the perfect place to collect things I don't know what to do with at the moment

new FIRM videos. There is not a lot of dancing - confusing choreagraphy going on and I am not cussing anyone out. It's more multi-tasking training with weights and I love it!! I sold the weights on eBay 'cause I just use my free weights I have.

And I am sorry you woke witha  tummy ache. I hate it when I wake up in the middle of the night with what I call "poop pains."

I need

someone to help keep me focused on cleaning....(although I did get after it pretty good on saturday!
