Thank you for all your support, you do make me smile
I finished that pill yesterday, so over the next few days I should find my old self again, and get back on track (with legs firmly crossed )
I have 2 weeks to go before I start a new weight loss card at WW. So I have told myself I want to loose 3lb (at least) by then. So, when I start the new weight loss card I will be 10st 10lb and determined NOT to gain until I reach my 10st 3lb target
I went to my Salsa-cise last Thursday and it was great fun. I always put so much effort in, I nearly keeled over at the end I was so cream crackered.
I ran 2 miles on Saturday morning and then did another dance class. The class started at 9am so I reckon that shows some determination in itself
I lost my focus on my marathon training last week, but then I realised that I have not asked for any sponsor's yet, well I don't want to ask too soon. If I did have some sponsor's that would inspire me more to keep up with my training. It's all very well letting myself down, but I wouldn't want to let anyone else down. So today I have started to create my fundraising page ready to send it out to 'everyone' (hint hint ) I'll add it to this site if I can, so if you fancy giving me a push start that would be lovely .... and if you don't I'll send round the boys (come to think of it you'd probably prefer that !)
I had a lovely weekend with my little Harry-J, he had great fun getting holes in the knees of his new jeans just to annoy his mummy and get his Nana-J told off, but he enjoyed it anyway
Yesterday me and DH had what you might call a 'Liquid' afternoon, wow I don't think we have done that before. We got to the pub at 1pm and left at 8pm Well the sun was out, I guess it went to our heads
Anyway, I am now trying to get myself back on track. I am not expecting a loss this week, but from the following week onwards it back to business
I will now try to come and see how you're all doing

glad you had fun... he did sleep well that night and was walking lots, so it must have been an enjoyable day being around bigger boys showing him how it should be done.
get on with that bloody training i strived so hard to write down for ya!! cheeky woman, watching me hand write it all n then not bothering !!

so good luck being back on track. im sure ill need the virtual kicks up the bootie in september. when ill be back... and hopefully starting my journey towards next years half marathon!
I did get out and run a little before starting on the cookies but then instead of having 2 cookies, I had 5 The next morning I got up and headed straight to the gym but then I went to the graduation party and ate junk food and drank ALL day and not light drinks like bacardi and diet, something the DH and I made called Vodka breezes (Sunkist orange drink, pineapple juice and vodka frozen overnight) but it was sooo fun though Well atleast I got the exercise started back up. I'll try and straighten the food out this week.
2 mile run and 2 exercise classes, sounds like you're getting it done too 3lbs in two weeks, you can definately do that!

Oooooh, liquid diet from 1 til 8! Haven't done that in a looooong time. Sounds fun.
