Before I let you know how I got on at my WI, here's an insight into the last few days -
Thursday - Dance fit
Friday - had my fish n chips (and pie and cod roe )
Saturday - Dance fit class at 9am, which they video'd and our teacher put it on his face book !! I have it on mine now, if you want to have a look let me know. Then we were out for a meal to celebrate a 40th birthday, 3 courses, champagne, wine, and chocolate muffin 'thing' absolutely scummy, can't remember it's proper name. Then on to a 50h birthday party with, but stuck to water & diet coke there.
Sunday - BBQ at friends new house, burgers (without buns) kebabs (on sticks) barcardi & cokes - rude not to
Monday - Fairly good, nothing major to report there
Tuesday - Went to see Dancing on Ice, meal, champagne, barcardi & cokes, wine - a little more alcohol than planned, but hey ! I was out with my lil sister, so thats my excuse
Wednesday - Dance fit class before WI of course, not a bad day all in all
WI Result half a pound OFF !!!
How lucky am I !!!!
The builders started our extension on Monday, hence I have not been on my laptop as much as usual. I prefer to get off to work before they arrive and get home once they have gone. They are getting on really well, and I am sure they are happy I am not around too much checking up on them
Anyway, thats my week in a nut shell - well nearly. I hope you have all had a good week

Ta for the message ... yes, I'm fine thanks - just drowning in crazy work, lots of study panic and a hubby who's feeling rather neglected!! Off to bed now, as it goes ... I'll catch up with you soon! Sounds like you're having fun with builders!!
Thats fantastic to have a nice week, enjoy great food and drinks, and lose half a pound! I got pretty lucky at my WI.
The video of dance fit sounds really neat but I have myspace instead of face book
I havent yet attempted a 10k. I did a few 5ks last summer and I have a 4 miler this saturday and a couple other 5ks scheduled. Im hoping by the end of the summer to make my way up to a 10k. You've inspired me though...I printed out the training schedule for a half marathon. I havent made up my mind but Im considering it. They have 'pretraining' expectations on there to so Im going to take a few weeks with that and see how it goes.
I loved the "i was out with my little sister, so thats my excuse" line. Reminds me of me and my sister.
