THE WEEKEND'S HERE !!!

I am giving in to a craving tonight.  The craving I have had over the past few weeks is for good old Fish & Chips 

Those big, crispie, salt & vinegar'd chips, and a nice bit of cod - yum yum 

Although I like Cod's Roe as well, the Steak & Onion Pie's aren't too bad either, but I think the fish will be best, and I will try not to eat all the batter, but not promising anything 

I meant to tell you, when I was at my Salsa-cise last night there was a new lady there who looked the spit of our mate Lucie Lastic, which really doesn't do her street cred any good what so ever, she would never get caught working out, let alone working out in a 'gym' heaven forbid !!   It must have been her double then 

So, other than giving in to a long standing craving, my other plans for tonight 'were' to have a good old spring clean.  The builders are due to start work on Monday and I really feel the need to make everything spik n span, ready for them to completely trash the place - why am I worrying ????  No surprise men don't understand us, I have trouble with my own logic sometimes 

Eating fish n chips when attempting to loose weight is another big question I should be asking myself I guess, but you only live once 

Anyway, I have done the kitchen, when my new kitchen is completed I won't be able to leave anything laying around - well I will, but it will look a right mess, cos we are going all 'open plan' and I'll have to keep everywhere tidy 

I'm up for the challenge - easy 

Tomorrow I will be up and out ready for my 9am dance class, then I will be picking up my new glasses, I'll take some photo's and add them to my album (now I know how to do it ) so you can see what they're like.  

I am looking after my nephew Albie for an hour or so at lunch time, then I'll will be off to have my hair done ready for my friends 40th - another reason to get all dressed up - lovely 

Sunday we are off to see my best friend.  She moved into a new house last week, so we get to see how they are settling in, and dare I say it, the next day it's back to work - worse luck !

But hey !!  It's only 6.45pm on Friday evening, so let's not worry about Mmmmmmonday just yet

OK, time to go and find something else to 'spring clean'

PS Work was fine today cos my new boss was out - god he could talk for England that bloke, so I got loads done - marvellous !!

To stalk you in your exercise class and you dont even speak to me! As I said to stephen who runs a class at the weekend "Typical" !!  LMAO

Enjoy your fish and chips,  as my previous WW leader used to say 1 meal out of 21 will not ruin your diet !!

BTW, I already ran my 10K. It was actually 2 weeks ago, but I'm running a 5K next Saturday! My whole family is doing it. Guess I should get out there and run a bit more before the big day!! And yea, I have lots and lots of tennis in my future! Practice one day a week and a match pretty much every week or 2. Crazy.
