MONDAY'S FOOD DIARY ... 15.5 points
Morning
Well dinner was lovely last night, I added it to my Sunday food diary, my choice made me hit my daily 21 points on the nose, so not too bad at all. Although the little devl on my shoulder did try to tempt me with a glass of vino to accompany my fish, but my little angel on the other side said "no, no, no!!"

My back is still tender, but I thought I would try a few stretching exercises this morning. So I have done 20 minutes of my WW DVD, pretending to be a beginner
I'll see how I get on at work today. I made myself sit on a dining chair to watch TV last night, very annoying.
Breakfast = WW Yoghurt 0.5 points.
Snacks = 200g grapes 2 points. 2 slices of WW malt loaf 2 points.
Lunch = Be Good to Yourself Tuna & Sweetcorn 2.5 points, salad and WW crisps 1 point.
Dinner = At my DD's. Seafood and salad 3 points, olives 1 point and pack of WW crisps 1 point. Got home and had a Cookie & Cream Sundae for 2.5 points, well I had the points going spare, so seemed rude not to 
Total Points = 15.5 points
Stretching exercises didn't help, my back is still sore

PS - I am considering changing my target weight to 9st 12lb, just so I can experience being 9 stone something. But I am still considering it .....
