My back is still sore, but I got out of bed a bit easier this morning, so thats a good sign. I won't do my dance class tomorrow, I need to leave it just a bit longer I think, which is a shame, but I think it is best
Today's menu, so far -
Breakfast - 1 slice of WW fruit loaf toasted, 1 point and a WW yoghurt 0.5 points
Lunch - Small tin of beans on 1 slice WW bread toasted = 2 points. Beans on toast is not really something I would choose, but for some reason I fancied it, and it wasn't too bad, although now I can see I had carbs for brekkie and carbs for lunch - not a good choice. No carbs for my dinner me thinks
I am home from work, waiting for DH and the grocery's to be delivered. I have found some carrots to snack on. There are lots of nice things I could 'have' but know that I am trying to be good. I will continue to be strong, and hope I don't drive myself to binge eat when I reach dinner time
Dinner - diet coke and water 0 points. Out for meal with DH = bread 1.5 points. Scallops and brocolli 0.5 points. Red Snapper 5 points. Greens 0 points. Sweet Potato Rosti 'thing' which I will guess at 5 points (o idea what was in it, but it was yum )
So all in all = 18 points
I am trying to snack on fruit and veg, rather than WW chocolate bars and low cal popcorn etc, which is helping to keep my points down, not sure how long I will last doing that though
I hope you are having a lovely day

SO?????
How did you do when out with the girls last night?
You seem to be a bit more focused and positive this week . Lets hope we can both sustain it till the next WI
When you are in "The Zone" it really isnt that much of a struggle its just staying there thats the challenge.
Sounds like you managed to do just fine out with your sister! Im glad you've found some new determination. Hopefully I can get a little of that my way. Ive been allowing more and more cheat days and I need to keep those limited before I slip back into old habits. Let that back heal and you'll be salsa-cising before you know it
Sounds like you had a good night last night, and not too destructive! Hope you enjoyed it. Sorry to hear that your back's still a bit sore though ... hope it's better soon! Hot Radox bath perhaps.
Steps - you asked how long it takes to walk 1000 steps? Surprisingly, not long! I'd say for me, probably 10 mins. My lunchtime walk of an hour clocks up about 6-7000 steps. I love walking, and have always walked everywhere, so I find it quite hard to understand how the average American walks 2000 steps a day! But then I guess they drive everywhere .
