THURSDAY'S FOOD DIARY ... 19.5 points

A new day, a new start ....  I am going to diarise my food intake on here today -

Breakfast = WW Lemon yoghurt 0.5 points and a satsuma 0.25 points 

Drinks = Camomile & Honey tea x 2   /   Water small glasses x 10

Snacks for work = 200g of Grapes 2 points and a satsuma 0.25 points 

Lunch = WW Chicken Noodle Soup 0.5 points, and 2 slices WW wholemeal bread 2 points

Evening out with the girls  = Olives 1 point, Starters were Snails in garlic yum yum 2 points, Main was prawns on a bed of cous cous 5 points, a titchy bit of cheese 2 points, lots and lots and lots of water, but 1 bacardi & diet coke and 1 tia maria 3.5 points for those - Oh and a cup of tea  

I was given the bacardi & coke at the beginning of the evening, and it lasted right through, my sister did not bully me not to drink the water, she just left me to it, which I was very grateful for.  I had the tia maria at the last knockings, well it helped ease my back which was still causing me grief 

So, all in all, a good day = 19.5 points 

I 'WILL' be good and you 'WILL' see the results next week

Think about it...

 For a minute.....

Whilst I appreciate in an ideal world you would have liked to have lost 9 Lb ( Or more) in 9 weeks In real life, as oposed to WW life.  if you weighed at the start and then weighed 9 weeks later and had only put on 1/2 a pound in all that time youd think you wernt doing too bad wouldnt you. 

I mean god knows with the amount of socialising and dinners out that you have had it could have been 9Lb( or more) ON in 9 weeks

Dont beat your self up on what you havent done.  Congratulate yourself wholeheartedly on the 32 yes count them 32 Lbs that you have lost. against that 1/2 a pound is nothing !!

Oddly enough...

I was thinking about you earlier (had rather a lot of time to think whilst driving 330 miles, LOL)

Fancy a mini-challenge, non exercise related ... ?

Fancy a week totally OP ... starting tomorrow obviously .. I have Chinese and wine to be consumed tonight ;)

My last pre-holiday WI is next Thursday and I want to be at 9st .... that 1.5lbs to be lost  .... I could do with a challenge .....

Many thanks for your find words, although looking over your progress to date you are not so far behind - the weight loss graph looks amazing and the photos are the proof in the pudding..

Please stick with it and be positive - I felt at times the end would never come - but it has and its here, and im not totally confident that I am never going to put that damned weight back on.

I have found a great resource on line for continuing to log my calorie intake as the secret to my maintenance is to not forget my limits..

Keep with it Jules - Essex is a lighter place already..
