OK, Cards on the table ..
I am still 10 stone something, and VERY lucky to be 10 something I know ![]()
BUT .... I gained 2lb this week 
On 13.02.08 - I reached 10 stone something (10st 12.5lb) and today I weighed in at 10st 13lb, so in 9 weeks I have gained 0.5lb, loosing nothing 
March/April is a busy social time for our family, 10 birthdays to celebrate in total, not including other nights when we 'may' just pop out for a meal 
I have already celebrated 5 of them, with 5 to go, and one of them is mine !!!
I think I need to up the exercise regime again, getting up early and getting a work out in before my 9-5 - although I will have to wait for my back to heal before starting that 
During the first 27 weeks I had 4 gains totalling 10.5lb, but lost a total of 29.5lb which is excluding the gains
Over the last 9 weeks I have had 5 gains totalling 8lb, which equates to NO loss at all, infact an overall gain of 0.5lb 
But if I think about it, I was getting a little nervous about loosing my weight too quickly and gaining it ALL back, so I suppose my own frame of mind may have caused this set back ?
Well, I am not going to let this get me down, I want to learn from it 
I now have 10lb to lose to get to my target, I would like to reach it by May 5th, 3 weeks and 5 days away - mmmmm that may not happen, BUT I am going to look so much better and feel so much more confident than I would have done if I hadn't have even started this 
So, even though I started this blog off disappointed in myself, I have managed to turn myself around - Cor !! Thats positivity for ya !! ![]()
I really missed my dance-fit tonight, can't go to Salsa-cise tomorrow anyway, because I am out with the girls celebrating my sisters birthday (I wonder if I will be able to stick to water tomorrow night ?? god, that will be hard !!)
Then Saturday would be my next dance class opportunity, so hopefully my back will be fine by then ? we shall see ....
Any way, I will write everything down as of tomorrow morning, I will weigh everything before I eat it and I will drink water and nothing else when I'm at work - exercise will come back into my life when my body allows 
I 'WILL' reach my goal, later rather than sooner, which should mean it will stay off longer - 'forever' hopefully ![]()
Anyway, take care everyone, I hope you are learning from your experiences too - it can be hard can't it, but as I like to say to myself "LIFE IS WHAT 'YOU' MAKE IT" So I best start making more of an effort ![]()
