STILL HOBBLING

Is that Hobbling or Hobberling ? I don't know, but I can't walk properly and my back, left hand side, is still hurting 

and TOM has 'made' me eat nearly a whole packet of chocolate chip cookies in my lunch hour 

MEN !!! 

and I don't think I will be able to do my dance fit class tonight either  Now that really proves my back isn't right 

and now I've got to go back to work and the sun is out 

I better loose weight tonight or I will ..... I will ........ oh I don't know what I'll do ... scream probably

Oh no!

Poor you - 'Men' indeed!  Sounds like a hot bath with some nice smelly oils or something is definitely in order.  Oh, and being waited on hand and foot ... it usually works for me around TOM as the other half's too afraid of upsetting me!  lol

How did WI go? Hopefully you're a loser, otherwise I suspect your DH will be looking for cover, LOL!

With respects to noticing body shape having changed .... yep, taken me quite a while. Tonight, however I am having a total nightmare.

I'm in the office tomorrow, and nothing I own fits, and safety pins are just not cutting the mustard.

Unfortunately it's a formal environment, so about to dig through all my "old" suits, I'm just going to have revive outdated fashions!!! Aaaaaargh!!!

With the running, I have no idea if that's affected your back, but they do say that it's important to do lots of core exercises too to strengthen the back, and I do know that after running on the treadmill I sometimes find my back pretty stiff, so have to ensure to stretch out thoroughly.

Is it DH tonight?
