Before After

EVER HAD A COLONIC IRRIGATION ?

Neither have I, but after 2 packets of WW sweets I reckon I have found an alternative, and god is it horrible

I guess if you are really desperate this would be a good thing to do the day before your WI, but considering I got weighed yesterday, and today I could pig out with the hope I got away with it, I guess eating 2 packets of WW sweets wasn't the best option today

When I first started WW I was so pleased that they provided some form of 'heaven' that we could eat without too much worry (ie the sweets they do) I used to buy them and they would last a whole week.  I'd occasionally have a sweet here and a sweet there, and thoroughly enjoy them.

Now, I just shovel them in, like I used to with 'normal' sweets, until they have all gone, so no-one else gets a look in (not that anyone wants to share my WW sweets to be honest) except 'normal' sweets haven't got the laxative content these things seems to have - although 'normal' sweets haven't got the point value WW one's have either come to think of it

Last December I went to see Michael Buble and I had an horrendous stomach ache, which spoilt most of my evening, and the only thing I could put it own to were the WW sweets.

The other month again I had a tremendous stomach ache, I thought it might be the sweets, but it might also be the TOM.  Then today as I munched my way through sweet after sweet, I was telling myself I was heading for a stomach ache, but this time it seems to have attacked me in the form of a colonic irrigation

How stupid am I ???

I am such a pig !!!!  But they only cost me 2 points, they lasted all day and I reckon I have lost 2lb since I got home from work

Oh, the "only" (ha !!)  down side to this is, I didn't think it best I went to my Salsa-cise class tonight, for obvious reason

So the moral of this blog, is.......

"DON'T EAT TOO MANY WW SWEETS IN ONE DAY !!!"

Gotta go ..........................

Glad you didn't really have it done! LOL!

Be a good girlie! You've learned your lesson!

Good luck with your weightloss journey.

Woops

I see you're almost at your destination in your weightloss journey!!!

Congrats on getting through your weightloss journey I should say.

Grin... oops

Um, there be big warnings on the side of them packets for a good reason .

Joking aside it's one of the reasons I attempt to avoid "artificial sweeteners" like the plague, they always contain those warnings.

I hope you get it cleared out of your system quickly ... and don't forget to keep your fluids firmly up.

(And no, I don't fancy a Colonic either ... )

PS, Thanks for the invite to Salsacise, probably just as well I was busy taking other people's money at WW eh!!

Sorbitol...!!!!!!!

I dont think I need say any more.

Hope you soon feel better matey.
