OK, Promise time ...
and I keep my promises ![]()
I'm going though a 'phase' at the moment, the sort of phase where you eat what you want, too often, and over indulge when you know you shouldn't. The sort of phase where you can't be arsed to exercise and don't even do your food diary.
Since joining WW last August I have never ignored my food diary. I have filled it in as I cooked in the kitchen, or as soon as I returned home from a meal out. Infact they are all piled one on top of the other in the kitchen so I can look back on them for point values.
But today my food diary has been neglected - well, how do you point Tapa's ??
So, my promise is to wake up tomorrow and BE FOCUSED !!
I am going to remember how important my goal is to me, I am going to exercise when I can, I am going to drink my water and write everything down.
This weekend is not going to set me back, I am NOT going to go up a stone.
My challenge was not to gain over easter and I will achieve just that.
So, my friends, I have made this promise in writing now, to you and to me - and I will not let 'me' down ![]()
I best go to bed before I eat anything else
