I have a new determination!!!

Well... after getting all hyped up to start my diet a few weeks ago, it turned out that I was only a week away from easter, and going out on 4 nights etc.. so i decided to wait for all of that festivity to be over with before i started my diet for real...  i know.. i am putting off the inevitable!!  So, today, i have been to my local chemist and bought the brand new Alli capsules for a months trial.  I am also going to follow a healthy eating plan - possibly weight watchers.. i need to look into this further first.  I am very determined to get started.  I have read everything i need to know about Alli.. its side effects etc.. i am planning on using it to help kick start my diet.  My cousin is getting married in may next year, and i am bridesmaid.. she wants to go dress shopping in 3 months - to get the ball rolling for the wedding - so i have 3 months to shed as much as possible before the dreaded shopping trip.. and i can then lose more steadily after that until the wedding.. the other bridesmaids are all skinny cows!!  I am going to look like a blue elephant unless i get my act together!!!!!  help!! x x

Day 1

things are off to a shakey start.  I went to Tesco on the way into work to buy a salad for lunch.. my reasoning was so that I dont go and buy crap at the sandwich shop at lunch time.  Unfortunately I forgot my reason for going in there and bought a bloody donut with my salad.  I NEED to lose weight.  I have tried various diets in the past.. i lost a bit of weight and then piled it back on.. i want to be healthy.. i want to be able to wear beautiful dresses without looking like someone's mum!!  I need to do something before I end up being on my own for ever..  I know the old saying "its whats on the inside that counts" but when you are single and have been for 4 years you start to wonder is this why I am single!?!?! So i am going to be updating as and when i need.  I am on a misson!!!
So, today i ate the dreaded donut - the last for a while - i promise!!!  that was 5 points.  then i had a cheese layered salad - thinking i was being good!!! (from tesco) which turned out to be 6.5 points!!!  arghhh plus a weight watchers peanut bar at 1.5 points!!!  So, working on a weight watchers plan, this leaves me with 15 points today.  HOWEVER.. i have been reading some blogs on here and they are recommending the wendy plan.. i.e. use the points over the course of the week rather than on a daily basis.  NOW, this seems like a good idea to me.. mainly because if i start the diet today, then i will hit day 4 on friday, which is usually when i like to have a glass of wine with my evening meal etc so it would work out pretty well for me..

Day 3 - 29 points
Day 4 - 43 points Super High Day (SHD)
Day 5 - 28 points
Day 6 - 32 points
Day 7 - 30 points

I will give it a go this week and see what happens!!  I dont really understand how i am going to be going over the points allowance every day and still lose weight.. its a learning curve!!  I want to look like kelly brook by september!!
