Kimby's Training
So, I am training for this. I have decided to get rid of my scale and whatever weight falls off during my training will be good. I eat what I want, which is probably not that wise. I don't gorge all the time so that is good and I am not giving up. I am just realizing that I can't go to drastic measures to lose weight, as far as eating. My mind won't allow it. I enjoy food. I enjoy working out. The feeling of fullfillment after a nice long, hard workout is wonderful. So any feedback would be nice! Oh and I haven't decided if I'm going to do the 15 or the full 26. I will see how my training goes! Wish me luck! I hear that it is almost like quick sand at the end. Exciting, eh???

Kimby's 7 miles plus Pilates!
Alright, so...I put on my workout gear and jogged 7 miles with my new running buddy. Then, tonight-another friend came over and we did 40 mins. of pilates. It was so nice to stretch. Pilates is hard though! I treated myself to a nice hot much needed bath! I am treating myself to newly painted nails tomorrow. I think I will paint my girls' nails also. Anyway, I miss reading about you all! I have been sooooooooooooo busy! Don't hate me!

Swimmin'
I walked 3 miles and in an hour I will be taking the kids to the pool. That is going to be nice and relaxing. My hubby does get home in 2 weeks! My eating has been ok. You all know how hardcore my workouts have been! I am trying to not stress, however, that is what I have been doing lately. I am reading this article about stress and weight gain. I'm begining to think that is happening to me. I also am thinking of 'getting rid' of my scale. Or at least give it to a friend. I weighed myself this morning, didn't like what I saw and...binged! Does that sounds familar to anyone? All I know is I am sick of not getting results right away and I know I've come so far but I am getting frustrated with myself. I need to change something. I am tired today. Anyway, that is what is going on with me! I will have to check up on you all!

Kimby's 4 miles
I just ran 4 miles and I am so sore. I have shin splint and my legs are sore. I think I will only do a few miles tomorrow and I am looking forward to my rest day on Sunday!

Kimby's Yesterday!!!!!!!
So, I ran 3 miles in the am and in the pm, I went to the kickboxing class, however, the instrutor was a "no show". So, we did raquetball, lifted weights, and went on the eliptical. It was a nice workout day for me!

Kimby's Wends!!!!!!!!
Ok, so last night I did 45 mins. of Tae Bo w/ a friend and tonight I am going to a kickboxing class w/ another friend. This is going to be fun. I am looking forward to it. I got a nice compliment from my daughter's teacher. She said that I looked like I've lost a lot of weight. However, I told her that I'm probably losing inches, but not weight. I'm so frustrated about not being in the 150's yet. I don't want to deprive myself of food, but at the same time, I feel like I am doing all this working out in vain.

Kimby's Weigh In Results!
Um...not exactly what I wanted, of course, but I will take it since I didn't do so well during the Holidays! Weigh in...163.8! A 1 pound...GAIN! Oh well, I will do better at my next weeks weigh in. I have GOT to get to the 150's! It will be so joyous when I do!
Workout-12:30 mins. street running followed by 28:00 mins. treadmill interval training.

Kimby's fun adventure
Okay, so a friend and I played raquetball for an hour, then basketball for about 15 mins. It was so much fun. Lots of laughter. Do you know the last time I played those sports? A long time ago. It was a nice workout day. Tomorrow, I will be resting. I am sooooo sore.

Kimby went a lil' CRAZY
So, here's what I did today. At 6:30 a.m. I went for a 40 min. jog. Then, at 9:30 a.m. I did 40 min. Turbo Jam w/ a friend. Then, at 4:30 p.m. I went for a 4 mile run. Am I crazy? No! I think I will get a nice workout in tomorrow, too. I will be weighing myself this coming Monday and I want it to be exciting!
