WORK WORK WORK

I had a long work day today.  I am still in the training process for my new job.  I am a cashier for the military grocery store.  There was a lot of info. I am tired, but, not too tired to go work out.  I am going to try the step class today.  I am off to do that now!  I will have to check on you all tonight!

Gym night!

I went to the gym this morning and did a Yoga (with a ball) work out.  That was challenging.  I am going with my girlfriend tonight (to the gym) in about an half an hour and we are going to test out some of the equipment.  I'm excited.  I have been doing great and hope to get my weight back down soon!

Back to EP!!!!

Woke up today, so sore.  Of course it's from all the Yoga poses I did yesterday.  I feel great today.  I hope TOM eases up though.  That's a little annoying.  Anyway, it sure is nice to have the time to be back into EP!

My new love-YOGA

So, I tried Yoga today at the gym.  I've done it before, years ago.  Today, it was amazing!  LOVE LOVE LOVE Yoga! 

Am I a DORK???

YES!  Reminder...never, ever weigh yourself the day before TOM arrives.  Yes, that is what I did.  Well, at least that makes me feel a tad more confident in knowing my gain was from retaining water/salt.

OK...what have I been up to?  Hubby got back from Iraq, got out of the Air Force, is in the middle of a 'career change'.  I start going back to work next week.  YAY!  I am excited.  I haven't done real work (outside of the home) for 8 years!  I am only doing part time.  I don't want to be away from my babies that long. 

What else?  Oh, went on a week and a half, JUST ME VACATION!  That was nice.  Now I am back in 'Mommy mode', and 'must lose weight mode'. 

OH...and, I got a 3 month trial membership to my local gym, so I am excited about that.  It's nice and brand new.  I am going to do a Yoga class in the morning. 

Am I a failure???

NO!  Just a normal human being who happends to eat emotionally!  I weighed myself this morning and guess what the scale read.  A nice 172.2!  How did I gain 6.4 pounds in 2 months?  Well, I stopped running for a while because of my foot and leg injury.  I have been eating like crap.  Basically, what it all boils down to is that I can't do it alone!  I need you guys! 

The most important thing is...IM NOT GIVING UP!!!!

Okay so I woke up one morning and said...I'm going to eat whole foods.  I  love it!  I have been sticking to natural and organic foods.  I know it is a bit costly but, I wanted to see how it is.  So far I feel like I can do this forever!  I am so happy about my decision.  

What do you think?

So, I wanted to do something different to my hair and have been wanting to cut it short for a while and haven't been brave enough.  Well, with a little push from my friends and hairstylist...well see my new pic?

The Last 10 Pounds!!!!

Why is it that the last 10 pounds are so stubborn???  WHY?  I am back up to 165.  Why?  Hmmmm....I don't know.  I am starting to eat 5 or 6 small meals.  I have a food plan and I'm sticking to it.  I know that my major decrease in running has effected me.  However, I am going to get back on track.  I walked a mile and a half today.  A big backstep from running 10 miles, eh?  Well, my right hip is outta place and I need to get it adjusted before I start jogging long distances again.  Did I ever tell you all that...my hips don't lie?  They are so wide.  I guess that is what happends after you pop out 4 babies right?  Any ideas on how to get them smaller?

Feelin' Good Sunday!

I can actually say that I woke up today, refreshed and I have this wonderful feeling over me.  I forgot to tell you all that I will be posting up my favorite smoothie recipe.  I hope you all will share yours w/ me too!
