I did it!

I finally got my butt moving this morning!  I walked 2 miles with my friend.  A lot less then my 4 mile run.  However, at 8:30 a.m. it's already 85 degrees and the sun is shining bright!  Anyway, my work keeps me very active also.  I hope to get back into running soon!

Get into it!!!

That's what I need to do.  I need to get into it!  I haven't worked out in a few days.  Can I blame it on TOM?  I may as well. 

Anyway, the major goal I have today is to drink, drink, drink.  It has been in the high 90's and I am feeling it.  Anyway, I work today so I better get ready!

I'm still a bit moody and tired.  I'm mad because TOM is late.  I just want it to be over with already.  And No...I don't think I'm pregnant.  It's a very very very very very very slim possibility.   So slim that I am not at all worried.   Anyway, I have a busy day. 

I ate Thai Food and Ice cream late last night.  I'm such a bad girl.  The sad thing is...is I don't feel like working out today!  That is just awful.

My goal for today is to eat healthy at work and not eat when I get home which is 7:45 p.m. and also, get motivated to run when I get home!  And of course.  To drink about 80 ounces of water.  I better start now!

TOM? Are you HERE???

Hello?  I have the mood swings, the crazy eating, and did I mention MOOD SWINGS?  I hate hormones.  HATE THEM!  Anyway, I am just waiting and waiting.  I hope TOM gets here soon because, it will be all over, until next month that is. 

Okay, is that crazy that I want TOM?  I'm CRAZY!!!!

BTW- I went to aerobics and the class was so hard.  The instructor was like mega super charged today.  I was a bit frustrated, but a great workout in the long run.

Step Aeorbics

In about 15 mins.  I will be on my way to a step aeorbics class.  I am so excited.  Anyway, I ran into my night stand corner this morning.  It already left a mark.  OUCH!  Also, TOM is expected any hour.  YIKES! 

Me + Yoga=HAPPY

I went to yoga last night.  It was great!  Wanna hear a funny story?  At the end, when we were doing our relaxation, one of the ladies next to me fell asleep!  She was breathing heavy and everything!

Anyway, my son woke me up at 6:15.  However, I didn't  run because I am letting my Mr. Mom of a husband get some sleep, because I go to work today.  I had the last two days off and it was so nice!

It talks about 5 good foods to eat for a flat tummy.

5. chocolate ( dark or semisweet )

Weigh-in RESULTS..........

I am pleased to say that I woke up at 6 a.m. and was out the door at about 6:20!  I ran my 4 miles. 

There is something else I am pleased about.  I weighed myself this morning and I have lost .8 since my last weigh in.  I am so happy.  I  am still going down!  YAY!!! 

My goal for today is to drink tons of water and go to the 6:30 p.m. yoga class.

June it is...and HOT it is!

Yes indeed it is June.  I am excited for the summer.  Pools, ice cold water, and spending time with my kids!  That's right, I'm gonna live it up this summer!  LOL!  Funny thing is...is I don't like to eat all that much when it is so hot.  Do you? 

Anyway, I plan on doing a nice run (4 miles) in the morning.  I hope to beat the heat. 

What an AWESOME morning

Did you know that I am  a morning person?  I woke up and went outside and looked at all our wonderful fruit that are growing on our trees.  We have peaches, apricots, cherries, plums, and the list goes on.  I am so excited to eat the peaches.  They are looking gorgeous!

Anyway, I greeted the sun this morning, did a few yoga poses, and by few I mean two!  Isn't that sad? 

I love the sounds of the birds chirping.

I have a good vibe and positive attitude!  Oh yes, I do!
