Need more protein??????
I heard of this awesome drink made by Special K. It has 50 calories, 5 grams of fiber, and 5 grams of protein. Anyone ever try it? I am going to buy some today and see if it as good as I've heard. Also, Slim Fast make a high protein shake. I know I am lacking protein because I do not eat that much meat. Anyway, just thought I would share.

My major goal is to drink 3-32oz bottles of water! I walked 2 miles this morning! YAY! It's better than nothing!

Back into the game!
I did not meet all my goals, but was proud that I made it through till Thursday. I did go camping on Friday and worked all day Sat. Went out to eat Thai last night with some friends. That was nice, but man, YUMMY! So, today, is just a kick back day, as all my Sundays are. I am going to start strong tomorrow. I will have to do new goals. Also, guess what is so cool?
My sisters and I are going to meet in VEGAS for a girls weekend! I am so excited. It's in 12 days so I want to get to 159-160! I can do it! Right???

OOPS! I did it again!
I'm so excited. Did my 3 mile jog last night. I did my 2 miles this morning and...I just got back from the gym!
The only thing is on Friday, I won't be able to do my 3 mile jog in the p.m. because I am going camping till Sat. morning. I won't be able to do Yoga either. So I will have to think of a new routine for those days!

My GOALS!!!
I did my 2 mile walk yesterday morning. Went to Yoga in the evening. I also went swimming with the kids.
This morning I did my 2 mile walk and this evening, I am going to run! I can do it! I have to get ready for work.

Good News!
So, I told myself that I wouldn't eat anything else last night. Well, I ended up eating one homeade cookie and several small pieces of chocolate! I don't think it was emotional. I honestly think that that junk was in front of my face and since it was there, I just ate it. Isn't that horrible?
That was not the good news. The good new is that I weighed myself this morning and the scale is still the same. 163.8! I thought that I would have gained at least 3 pounds from what I ate. Anyway, I did my first goal of walking 2 miles. I still plan on going to Yoga tonight. I am really looking forward to that. I can do this! I'm going to make all my goals this week!

Is it safe to stop eating???
I know, I know, this is my million and one post of the day. But..
I just had to write down my horrible eating habits of my day.
Morning-sausage and eggs, trix cereal and milk.
Afternoon-8 oreos, 2 bowls of cherries, 1/4 c. vanilla ice cream. 7 honey pretzle twist, and about 4 oz. of bbq chicken, oh, and a capri-sun drink.
Is it safe to say, I shouldn't eat the rest of the day/night? I THINK SO! Water from here on out!

Goals!
Ok, so I decided to list my new weekly workout goals! I need to think of a reward. If I do all my goals, maybe I can go buy a new pair of shoes. Ha! Like I need more shoes. Well, actually I do need some new workout shoes. Well, here goes!
Monday-walk 2 miles in the a.m., Yoga in the p.m.
Tuesday-walk 2 miles in the a.m., run 3 miles in the p.m.
Wends.-walk 2 miles in the a.m., go to the gym for at least 30 mins. in the p.m.
Thurs.-walk 2 miles in the a.m., go to the gym for 30 mins. in the p.m.
Friday-walk 2 miles in the a.m., run 3 miles in the p.m.
Sat.-Yoga in the a.m., and shoe shopping in the p.m.!
The walking in the a.m. is going to be no problem because me and a friend go. After work, in the p.m. is when I am going to have a hard time. But, I know I can do it!

Didn't do it!
I wasn't able to get my run in due to the weather. It was a nice stormy night. It was nice to have some rain and lightning. The wind was horrendous! I did get to enjoy the beauty of a double rainbow! It was amazing!

Hello Hello Hello!
I didnt' know what to put for today's title...so there it is. I did get some walking in yesterday. 2 miles in the a.m. and about 1 mile in the p.m. My goal is to run run run, tonight! I can do it. Even if it's just a mile right?

Kimby's Weigh-in Results!!!
Just wanted to pop in and say I lost a little more weigh. .6 Not much but enough to be happy about. I've been soooo busy. Anyway, I will try to be better at commenting on you all!
