Better!
Feeling a lot better today. I think the rest helped. I still have a bit of a cough. Anyway, I went to the step class. It was fun and I got a great workout. I am writing what I am eating in a journal. I need to keep track so it can help me get past this plateau! I keep going from 161-163. I just want to get past this! It's been too long. I still hate my big fat butt and hips. They are huge! I sometimes doubt that they will ever shrink.

Feeling sick today
I've been feeling sick lately. I have a slight fever and a cough. It's flu season. WHAAA! Anyway, some friends invited me to go to 1/2 price appitizers at Applebees tonight. I declined because of how I'm feeling. That is a good thing. I probably would have eaten a lot of 'wrong' (but yummy) foods. Anyway, I worked a long 8 hour shift today. So, I'm going to spend some time with my kids, tuck them in early, make so hot tea, and veg! Yay! Me time. I plan on getting some good rest, so I can go to my new gym and do a step class in the morning! Hope you all are doing great!

Cool Thing!
I signed up for this month and all of next month to that gym. YAY. I did some circuit training today. It was a tuff class. I know I will be sore tomorrow. I am excited about it. And guess what??? I've lost another pants size. I was so happy about that. Who wouldn't be right? I've gone from an 18 to a 11/12! I'm so proud of myself. I will keep going!

Back again!
2nd day in a row? No way! Ha!
I have been busy working and my hubby is in school full time. So when I am at work, he is Mr. Mom and when he is at school I am with all our cuties! So between this and laundry, I've been MIA! Anyway, wow time sure does fly by. I am looking into a new gym for women here. There is all kinds of classes to attend, including Zumba! It's fun and the awesome thing is...it's only $32 a month with NO contracts! So, I think I'm going to try it out for a least a month. I still run when I get a chance, but mostly my job is very physically demanding and I love it!
Ok, so I had a bit of an issue with food today. A co-worker brought some food into work. (wasnt healthy) and I ate some of it just please her, (or so I thought). I hate it when that happens. Where was my willpower! Since then, I've been eating too much. I must stop!

Been a long time
It's been a while. I am still the same weight. I go up and down 2 pounds every week. But mostly just the same. I started eating less to help with losing more. It's the last few pounds and it seems like its taking forever! I want to start my protein shakes and salads! YUM!

I feel horrible that I have not been able to post on EP. I have been such a busy working mommy. Anyway, just had to say that I am still losing and so close to the 150's!

I'm a big fatso!
That's not very nice to say about myself, and I know better. It's just that, that is how I feel today. Other than that...life is great. I found out yesterday, that my work is going from 32 hours a week to 20 hours a week. I am so excited about that! That means more time with my family and more time for EP! More time for running, Yoga, ect! YAY! I haven't been working out every day, like I should, due to the fact that I do a lot of physical work now at the store. I am working in the grocery dept, stocking shelves and organizing the freezer...brrrrrr!
Anyway, my new schedule starts next week. YAY!

Guess what I did?
Jogged in the pouring rain! I was so nice. I did 40 mins! YAY! Go me! My weight is a bit up, but...hopefully I will get it down soon! I have been doing lots of physical work and my job so, I come home exhausted. However, I've been eating too much! Anyway, I think I just need to come back to EP for more motivation!

More good info! Just a reminder: White carbs, such as breads and potatoes are not so good for you! Oh and soda's! Yea, not so good for you either. Just wanted to pop that to you all. It's old news but I like to have reminders!

6.5 miles BABY!
I woke up this morning and headed out the door at 6:05 a.m. and went on a 6.5 mile jog! WOW! It was nice and I went really really slow. I want to get back into my long running again. It makes me feel like I accomplished something big. I am taking the kids to the pool in a half hour and then gotta get home and get ready for work. Anyway, I am busy on this 4th! Hope everybody has a great day and enjoy the BBQ's!
