Better!
Feeling a lot better today. I think the rest helped. I still have a bit of a cough. Anyway, I went to the step class. It was fun and I got a great workout. I am writing what I am eating in a journal. I need to keep track so it can help me get past this plateau! I keep going from 161-163. I just want to get past this! It's been too long. I still hate my big fat butt and hips. They are huge! I sometimes doubt that they will ever shrink.

I bought myself a pretty pink journal to record my "activity", I think it's really motivational .. so way to go on doing it for your food intake (I ought to do that too, but one thing at a time ;) ).
As for your butt and hips .. they've already majorly shrunk and the running will truly "help", or at least it did with me, although I too, will always be "hippy".

Sorry I have not been around. But I'm glad to see you in the low 160's maintaining. Maybe try exercising more and eating more as well, maybe it will boost your metabolism.
