Hello AGAIN!!

More good info!  Just a reminder:  White carbs, such as breads and potatoes are not so good for you!  Oh and soda's!  Yea, not so good for you either.  Just wanted to pop that to you all.  It's old news but I like to have reminders!

 potatoes aren't that bad for you, in most cases they would be considered a "healthy carb."... but of course they should be limited AND it is what you put on them is what makes is really bad.Refined sugars are what make carbs "bad"

I agreee

I really try not to eat a lot of carbs, but when I do I purchase brown rice, and whole grain breads plus I look at the calorie content.  Good fact!  Thanks for the reminder.
