H2O
I so underestimated the power of water. Working out six mornings a week with three additional evening weight lifting classes, eating less and no water don't mix. For a couple of days now, I'm wondering why I'm soooo drained, why I'm falling asleep on the way to work and back. It's ashame. I don't really have to drink anything throughout the day. It's awful but it explains why I have trouble with so many "regular" bodily functions, if you know what I mean. I'm dehydrated. My new goal now is to drink at least 64 ounces of water per day. I know with working out as much as I do that I probably need more but Zero ounces to 64 is a good start. I feel sorry for my poor insides.

H2O It Is!
Water is very important It also really helps with weight loss! I've also learned that 6-8 cups of water doesn't apply to everyone because everyone's need is different. The water rule is that you are suppose to take your body weight and divide it in half and the amount you come up with is how many ounces of water you need. For example weight is 200 pounds divide it in half its 100 so your are to drink 100 ounces of water which equals up to 12.5 cups of water( divide 100 into 8oz ). I know its a lot but as you lose weight then the amount of water you need decreases. Also if you are having a hard time drinking water try the flavored water or Crystal Light. Also decaf tea or coffe without the extra's can count as water intake, However 64 oz is better than nothing so do what you can handle.
Another point if you are exercising alot you might want to drink plenty of water before you exercise if you start to drink it during or after it's too late and you may dehydrate yourself ANyways I think I've written enough talk to you later
