Enjoyed My Weekend!

Totally off track this weekend!! No, I didn't just drink water but I drank soda!!! Opps did I just eat that ice cream cake LOL!!  What is that ... yummy cheesy mac n cheese made by me my allstar reciepe! Yes, I would love a glass of wine. Thank You!  I did it up this weekend but I didn't over do it by getting full or making myself sick!!  It was my brother's graduation party and I cooked for his cookout and I ate food that I have not been endulging in for three months now.  I still did my exercise though I don't go a day with out doing my 100 situps!  I promised myself to get back to my healthier eating when I get back to Virginia.... in North Carolina now.   Today I did my post it thing on phentermine.com haven't been there in a while but like I always say is that I want to do this blogging/positng thing.  School is out for me so I will have more time to do so. 

Measurements

I want to start measuring myself but don't know how. Any suggestions? Also where do I buy a the measuring tape and what kind? Is it a weekly measurement or what?  I anyone can help please do!!

I  need to put up a old picture of me cause I am changing.  I can see that my face is smaller but that is all  that I notice.

Another month passed

I'm back again making my monthly mark.  Down to 235!  Yeah!! My doctor said we will take a break from the medication next month (middle of June) and now I know what my problem is..... taking in to many calories in than my body needs (overeating!!).  He stated to keep it up and to maintain the new eating habits that I have started with exercise not to regain weight but to keep loosing. 
 
I had a rough month since the last time I've been on here with my household situation.  I left the apt. my fiance and I shared and that situation tried to get me back to junk eating and taking in sweets.  I made a rich cake for mother's day... (Happy Belated Mother's Day to all thoose fabulous Moms out there) ate some ice cream and candy.  But I must say I did not over do it.  I did come back to my senses and cut those sweets out of my diet.  Life can get you sometimes but we all have to remain Faithful in the Lord and know He will see us through!  Amen!

TOM is on his way to stay for a few days.

Ok I'm going to try to be better at this! (Blogging) The reason I started this is to assit me on this journey. I have all these nice tools so now I'm trully going to utilize.
 
Any hoow... T.O.M. is heading his uglly self my way!  Just like the very first week of use of phentermine.  I started on a Sat. and my appetite was trully suppressed that day till Monday afternoon, and then I was so hungry! I was questioning everything like, "has my body become tolerant already?, and "are my cravings, hormones, or brain waves for food just to strong for any diet pill and weight loss programs" ? LOL! Laughing at myself haa.  My mind can travel far with  many different reasons.  I must say I did resist during that time somewhat well.... I did have 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches back to back !  By Wed. I realized my body was reacting beacause TOM was comming.  Then I knew that it was these hormones that were effecting the pill.  I needed confirmation so I searched online and found two sites phentermine.com and extrapounds.com and read post and blogs of other dieters who were experincing or did experience the same thing.  Not everyone experience this, but before phenieee (new nick name) my food cravings were so hightened before TOM , extremely higher than normal.  I must say they were there but were nothing compared to before, and even this week its not so bad. No peanut butter and jelly :). So BEWARE Of TOM! We CAN Tame Him!

Wow!

"Wow"thats all my Doctor keept saying on my... YES, I survived it!  1st month weigh in!!! 4/14/11.  1st office (recieved my prescription) weigh-in was 261, and yesturday the scale read 245! He refilled my prescription and was proud of what I have accomplised (I must say, I am too!!)  He said "Keep it up! Make sure your eating three meals a day with snacks inbetween" I replied "Yes, Sir" and went off my merry way!!!  Yes I too can say WOW!!!
 
Now, Let's go gurl and KEEP IT UP!

Glad To Be Here

I'm so glad to have found this site.  I need all the motivation, support, tips, and tools I can get.  I'm truly trying to change my lifestyle for a more healther me.  I'm pretty healthy besides my weight which isn't healthy at all.  It predisposes me to so many diseases.  I already have to fight not to get diabetes and hypertesion which runs in my family.  I can't afford to loose!
