Workout One
I was worried that my first day at the gym would be disastrous.
Clearly the only thing disastrous about today was the weather. But the workout itself was fine. Going to focus on cardio for the first few weeks, and then gradually add in weights. I was glad I was able to stay within the right heart rate range on the machine I used for the right length of time today.
Tomorrow I'll be back for an equally long work out, but hopefully without having to walk through the hurricane to get there.
