A journey of a million miles
or a million pounds, which ever. This is my first blog so I thought I'd just write (or type) down my goals for 2008 so that they are "real" and I am accountable for them!
1. Loss 65 pounds by Christmas 2008. Sounds like a lot but it's only 5.5 a month, and less then 1.5 a week.
2. Run a 5K by 2009. This one is HUGE for me and I am really, really excited about getting started. I am using the "Couch to 5K" 9 week program.
3. Have a BMI of 25 or less and a waist size of 35" or less.
