Three days into this. probably the longest I've ever been on a "diet" or whatever like it. The scale tells me I've lost 4 pounds already...makes sense...Just skipping my nightly ration of chips or Cheetos is enough to start losing weight. I gotta keep it up. I feel good about this.

Yay!!
Keep up the great work! In ways, the "first week" is the easiest, because a lot of weight can come off and motivate us... in other ways, it is the hardest getting into new routines and mindset. Hang in there and keep up the great work!!
