Back at it again
So, I strayed away from my weight loss journey for awhile now. Been having some personal problems and losing weight unfortunately was the least of my concerns. Things seem to be getting better (or I'm at least handling it better), so I am trying to get back on track and lose some of this damn weight! I'm so sick of being fat! Why is it so easy to gain the weight but so very difficult to lose it? Anyway, been keeping record of what I am eating, getting a little exercise in, and staying positive at least for the time being. Last week I lost 2.6 lbs. Not the greatest, but it sure could have been worse, so I'll take it! Anyway, if anyone actually reads this...good luck and take care!
