bye bye...for a few

So this will be it for me for a week...unless i find some time somewhere next week.  My son goes in for surgery so I will be very busy with that. He tends to not handle uncomfortableness well so it won't be fun afterwards.  Yeah. 

Down to 196 this morning...Drank lots of water yesterday and ate fairly well.

u know we all have our times that the frustration seems unbearable... but... you are not giving up.  YEAH!!  I am back to kickin ass.  I had a difficult weekend.  We (friends and i) talked a great deal about my plan for the future.  I lost control... just worrying.. you know!  but I am back.  I did well yesterday.  I hope you kick butt today.  Love, Jen
