DAY ONE

Today has been pretty good as far as eating and water.  I didn't make it to the gym, my daughter wasn't feeling good, and needed to dry about 8 loads of laundry that didn't get dried at the laundry mat last night.  Tomorrow it's on.  After I drop KP off at school, off to the gym, to start my training!  I'm serious about this mini! There's only one way to get there.  Eating right and training!!  Drinking my water.  I just hope I get this NES under control.  I hope I get the results from that sleep study soon, so I know where I stand with the treatment of everything.  I will get there, I will be healthy, and I will have that self confidence back that I once had.  I will in general be a much happier person overall.  It'll just take time and dedication.

MY LIFESTYLE CHANE

This is a journey of my lifestyle change.  I've been 70 pounds away from a healthy weight for over 2 years now.  I'm tired of being tired, and making excuses for my actions.  Although I have done well today, tomorrow is the official day that I have made for my journey.  I actually started back in Dec. and have the best coach ever, that I would not change for anything.  I just want to blog my journey and meet new people.  My goal this time next year is to run / walk the mini marathon in Indianapolis next year with my son.  Over many years I'm a pro at yo yo dieting.  This time I'm not on a diet, but a lifestyle change.  This time it's for the rest of my life.  I will continue to do what I need to do for the rest of my life to stay healthy.  I realize I have a long road ahead of me and it won't be as easy as it seems, but I'm not giving up!  I'm in it to win it!  I've got a lot of things that I could do with my time besides eat.  I've got a lot of things that I need to look at that are important to get this excess baggage off.  To run / walk the mini marathon with my son...is inspiration.  To be healthy...is inspiration.  To walk without getting out of breathe...is inspiration.  To have high self esteem again...is inspiration.  To wear cute clothes...is inspiration.  To have more energy...is inspiration.  To play with my kids more...is inspiration.
