On The Wagon Again --
so ive fallen off the wagon already but guess what? .. im back on, i keep telling myself that i can do this but its like i wont let myself, i know weight doesnt fall off you go to work for it! ,
my goals & how to acheive them:
- be a size 7 ( 12 now )
- weigh a healthy weight for my body ( around 120 )
- be able to enjoy life and not feel lazy all the time
- not be tired all the time
- not be self conscious
how to get there:
-exercise, exercise ( 45 -1 hr a day )
-water water & more water ( 8 glasses a day )
-build my self esteem --
its 12:00 pm & i just started my water, wonder if ill finish it by tonight -- YES I CAN =)

Not so good
well today i was doing good, i went to school came home went for a nice 35 minute walk then had a can of pop.. oh well walk it off tonight at work..
write more tomorrow

Today, Is The Day! ..
Lately, Ive Been Deciding I Need Change! , Not New Clothes, Not New Hair Or Not Even New Shoes But A New Me! I've Been Looking At Myself Not Even Noticing That Im Almost 200 Pounds At 5'1, How Could This Happen To Me?.. I Was Never Fat, I Was Always Into Exercising. How Could This Happen To Me?.. But It Has And Ive Realized I Need Change!.. I Need To Transform My Body Into The Healthy Ways I Was. So Today, Im Changing The Way I Eat, Exercise, Sleep And Even Think To Become A Healthy 18 Year Old! .. I Know Its Going To Be Hard But Im Going To Do It! .. =)
I Think This Site Will Help Because When Im Feeling Down I Can Write My Thoughts Down Without Skinny People Judging Me! .. The Only Thing Im Not Going To Use The Food Log Because Its To Hard..
Today:
Mid Snack - Kellogs Cereal Bar & Water
Dinner - Egg Sandwhich On Whole Wheat With Water
Snack - Whole Wheat Toast With Butter & Pop ( I Know Im Trying)
Supper - Chicken Breast, 1 Potato, Carrots & Turnip, 1 Glass Pop
THE POP IS GOING TOMORROW!
