Update
Hello
I have a update for whoever still reads my blog :)
I am back down after my 28lb gain!
I am currently at 139, the lowest I have ever been in my adult life.
I have 9lbs to go until I reach my 130lb goal 
I am loving being fit, I do lots of exercise classes and can run for over an hour without stopping, great improvement from March when I could barely make 10mins!
I am loving life and being busy.
Hope everyone here is great too!

Pancake Day!
Good Morning!!
I am having a brilliant day! But first yesterday....
I decided to walk the 5K along the canal to see if it was suitable for running which it is so that is where I will train.
I managed to walk it in 40mins so aiming for under that when I run
it. The walk was daunting, I kept thinking how the hell will I be able
to run this! Anyone else find this when they started?
I am going to start by walking 2.5K then running it back to the car. When this becomes easier I will move on.
Also I have the best BF ever! He said he will cycle alongside me for support <3 I do love him so :)
The other day I noticed my stomach was getting flatter, and today that was confirmed!
I started using the Wii fit on March 1st, I was doubtful I would get results as it is just a game right?
Wrong.
If you actually do the exercise bits properly it works! I have been
doing an hour a day Mon-Fri (Jogging HulaHoop Step and Boxing). I did
these in 2 cycles with an increase in difficulty on the second cycle.
I have weighed in and took my measurements today and have lost 5lbs
and 4.5inchs! I am over the moon! 1.75 of those inchs straight round my
middle woop! My body fat % has gone from 40.4% to 39% aswell.
The best thing is though I enjoy it fully and don't want to stop!
I still have 28lbs to lose but I am well on my way I think :)
I told myself if I lost over 4 inchs I could have a pancake. I lost 4.5 but I am still not sure if I want one?! Good thing?

Checking In
Good Afternoon
I am really quite terrible at this! But I am here now 
Things are going well, calories are down and exercise is up :)
I took all my measurements and before photos in my underwear this time so I will be able to see the change and not convince myself I look no different!
I have also signed up to do the Race for Life in July. It is a 5k and I am determined to jog the whole way!

WI Friday
Good Afternoon
I have lost 1.4 pounds this week. I will take it. I am definately keeping the exercise up aswell as eating low points.
I went out for a walk today as the weather was lovely! I walked 1.66 miles in 26 minutes. This is my base walk to see where my current fitness is. I will use this short route as a tester every now and again.
At the minute I am managing a 16 minute mile this means I have not lost my total fitness as I could only manage 18-20minute miles. ALthough I have some way to go as I was making 13minute miles at my peak.
I am going to plan some more walks and hopefully the weather will stay nice enough to let me do them!

Bad times....
Good Evening
Tomorrow is my official way in day but it looks like I have gained even though I have been eating nothing but veg all week!
I got really upset this morning and was in tears to ages!
I eventually pulled myself round and did a workout.
I did 15 mins jogging 10 mins skipping some stairs, situps and push ups.
I will do a similar thing every week day (weekends resting) and see how it works out.

Tuesday....
Good Afternoon
I decided to play with my dinner today. I went to Tesco and bought
1 Courgette (Zucchini)
1 red onion
1 red pepper
3 small mushrooms
I chopped and cooked the ingredients. Added onion first then the
peppers then the courgette and mushroom. I spiced the veg with the
cayenne pepper first then added 300ml Passata and salt and pepper.
Turned out sort of like a Ratatouille, absolutely gorgeous! Next to no calories! Perfect 
I am having the last of the shepherds pie with veg for tea tonight.
I have to finish making the kids Island tonight as it is due in tomorrow!
I wanted to walk to pick kids up from school today because it is the first day it has been nice in ages! It didn't happen for reasons out of my control. I am gutted.
I will try again tomorrow weather permitting!

Monday...
Good Evening
I have had a good day, I had my breakfast of Weetabix and banana with a 0point jelly. Then we went for a walk round the shops and I was proud of myself for going into a chip shop and not having anything. When I got home I had some beetroot and another Jelly.
I had a very light lunch because for tea we had a Shepherds Pie. I had a small portion with veg and without any yorkshire puddings or gravy. I have made the decision/realisation that I do not need the mash or gravy or yorkshire puddings and I do not have to have them just because others are.
I am going to chill and watch a movie now

Quickie-Tattoo-Advice
Hello Again
I just wanted to set up a pole/advice/suggestions on my tattoo. I want to get a tattoo when I reach my new goal to celebrate and act as a further incentive not to gain.
I just wanted advice on what to get where to get it etc....
Facts to concider
1. I am a Maths teacher so it cannot be garish and hugely visable
2. With the weightloss it cannot be somewhere where my skin is still changing
Other than that I am open to suggestions

Good Afternoon!
I am having a good day today lost another 1.4 pounds since yesterday haha I know not to expect this everyday but down is down and that is the way I am going to keep it going!
I don't want you thinking I am not eating and hurting myself because that is not the case! I had 3 pieces of steak for tea last night just with veg instead of chips and I even had a icecream just a Skinny Cow one. Nothing needs to be cut out just cut down!
Someone commented on my smiling yesterday, that I am always smiling in most of my pictures. It is true I am a very happy smiley person
. The Mathematician in me noticed that my smiles have got bigger and wider the skinier I became because losing weight is an awesome feeling as I am sure you would all agree!
It is raining here today so I am not up to much, hope you all have a nice weekend
