Pancake Day!
Good Morning!!
I am having a brilliant day! But first yesterday....
I decided to walk the 5K along the canal to see if it was suitable for running which it is so that is where I will train.
I managed to walk it in 40mins so aiming for under that when I run it. The walk was daunting, I kept thinking how the hell will I be able to run this! Anyone else find this when they started?
I am going to start by walking 2.5K then running it back to the car. When this becomes easier I will move on.
Also I have the best BF ever! He said he will cycle alongside me for support <3 I do love him so :)
The other day I noticed my stomach was getting flatter, and today that was confirmed!
I started using the Wii fit on March 1st, I was doubtful I would get results as it is just a game right?Wrong.
If you actually do the exercise bits properly it works! I have been doing an hour a day Mon-Fri (Jogging HulaHoop Step and Boxing). I did these in 2 cycles with an increase in difficulty on the second cycle.
I have weighed in and took my measurements today and have lost 5lbs and 4.5inchs! I am over the moon! 1.75 of those inchs straight round my middle woop! My body fat % has gone from 40.4% to 39% aswell.
The best thing is though I enjoy it fully and don't want to stop!
I still have 28lbs to lose but I am well on my way I think :)
I told myself if I lost over 4 inchs I could have a pancake. I lost 4.5 but I am still not sure if I want one?! Good thing?
