Yesterday...
was somewhat of a bust. I ate a normal breakfast (1 cup of Life cereal with 1 cup of milk and a WW English Muffin with Sugar-free Smuckers Strawberry Jam). BUT I had my massage at 11. Then I had to run into Kroger. So I ate Tostitos Light for lunch with black bean dip. Then I had a snack in the car line. Then I ate some Baked Lays BBQ chips. Got home from swim late and had to eat some more tostitos while my dinner heated. I think I ate WAY too much junk yesterday. Wasn't necessarily the WORST junk but too much. I need to get on WW Online and put my points into my tracker to see what I actually did.
