Yesterday...

was somewhat of a bust. I ate a normal breakfast (1 cup of Life cereal with 1 cup of milk and a WW English Muffin with Sugar-free Smuckers Strawberry Jam). BUT I had my massage at 11. Then I had to run into Kroger. So I ate Tostitos Light for lunch with black bean dip. Then I had a snack in the car line. Then I ate some Baked Lays BBQ chips. Got home from swim late and had to eat some more tostitos while my dinner heated. I think I ate WAY too much junk yesterday. Wasn't necessarily the WORST junk but too much. I need to get on WW Online and put my points into my tracker to see what I actually did.

starting over...

I am a failed Lifetime member of Weight Watchers. Not at ALL sure how THAT happened. I got down to 155 and kept the weight off for well over a year. Three years ago I moved back to my hometown. And, oddly enough, so did the weight that I'd lost--and then some! Another eight pounds, in fact! So, to quote Al Gore...IT'S TIME FOR THEM TO GO! I started a week ago and have done pretty well. I need to weigh myself this morning to see how I actually did. Wish me luck as I start this journey anew!
