Recipe for you guys!
This has become our regular Sunday morning breakfast:
'Healthy' pancakes
Makes 8 pancakes
2 cups wholewheat plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 eggs
2 cups non-fat milk
something to sweeten e.g. a shake of splenda, agave syrup
I sometimes add a little wheatgerm or ground flaxseed.

1 tsp oil for cooking
Cary's Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
Mix batter as for regular pancakes. Cook as normal using a few drops of the oil. Top with the syrup!
Yummy, quick and reasonably healthy.
In other news...my weight is stil the same, hovering just above the 11 stone/12 stone border for you British folks!
I can't wait to lose one more pound and be in the 11s!
On plan for 11 days and counting.
