Too. Much. Pizza.
I feel very ill today, and I have only myself to blame.
Last night, my husband and I both found ourselves with an unusually high number of calories left. Taking advantage of this, we decided to order pizza. Not planned into our budget, but oh well, we were both exhausted.
So...I proceeded to sit in front of a DVD and eat the remainder of my daily calorie allowance, all in pizza. 1300 calories. That is a whole Domino's medium veggie supreme pizza, plus garlic and herb dip.
Now I am sure there have been many occasions in my life when I have eaten 1300 calories worth of pizza, and more, at once. But not lately. And wow, did my stomach make me pay for it. This morning, it feels like the entire pizza is still sitting in there, and the gaps round the edge are filled in with acid which is proceeding to eat its way through my stomach lining.
Anyway, it is my own fault.
Today, I want to do some exercise which I didn't do again yesterday. I have lost all the muscle tone my regular exercise had given me and I want to get it back before the summer.
I also want to eat some fruit and veg, I have had less than usual lately and I can feel a sore throat coming on, a sure sign I am not taking proper care of myself.
Positives? Six days on plan and counting.

I'm sorry
I'm sorry you feel so bad. {{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}}}
I think you should celebrate the fact that you very rarely do that now. That's wonderful!

Me Too!!
Isn't it wonderfully amazing how sick we feel now that we have changed to healthy foods and portions? DH and I only eat lean meats and vegtables for supper (no starchs). [I may have a cup of popcorn or fatfree/sugarfree pudding for snack later if I still have calories left]. But our meals used to always include a big helping of potatoes in some fashion or other (and usually gravy with it) Talk about the carbs and fat!!!
I fixed a quickie meal last week because I was tired (tuna fettacinie) with of all things - white pasta and alfredo. I don't even know why I had the stuff in my cupboards (well it's gone now) And we were both so sick from all that fat and white flour! I'm glad to see that our bodies scream "NO" even when our heads do the wrong thing. Helps keep us on the right track!

Sorry to hear you are not feeling well. It is awful when that happens. But you are on such a good way and you will get there!!
Sorry you are not pregnant... have you been to see a gyn about that? Just asking because I had a very rough start getting pregnant, and had to have a bit of help.... then went on to have my two miracles now aged 2 and 3 3/4 :)
Big hugs to you!!
